Well I got the time pretty much spot on 1 hour 32 mins 48 secs clocked the same time as the winner but fly a mile shorter, finished 4th only the winning fancier to beat us happy with that for the first race. A bit patchy with the returns 7 short on the night but 1 rolled in this morning still time for the others
Sounds like a pretty good start to for you both Steve, hope the others returned ok.
Good luck for next week.

We only got two of them and the unraced hen was injured must have roofhopped home poor thing 1 that's still missing must be dead he's a double fed winner and is never late we had suspicions on Saturday afternoon that he wouldn't come :(

Final club result we took 4th to 11th (414 birds including some trainers) and look like being 4th and 6th fed (3259 birds) with all the others featuring aswell so pleased with that for the first one, bring on next week

Sounds like a good start Steve, shame about the double fed winner, always gutting when a pigeon like that doesn't turn up, you know that something must have happened. Good luck again this week.

Sorry to hear about your losses Steve, as you say they must have run into trouble somewhere. The hen did well to get home, certainly has got some courage.
Great result though, well done and very best wishes to you both for the next one.
