One for the Sprint/middle distance fancier

Post by trench » February 13th, 2017, 10:43 pm

Another find while randomly looking through the internet.
A younger modern day fancier who many of you may have heard of, very nice set up and great results. I personally found it a good read, and a lot of sense. Also think he is right when he suggests we should be targeting the middle age group to find new fanciers.

Hope you enjoy it !!
