 knew I shouldn't have tried creeping up on poor poor little Harold, he won't come down while I'm there now
He stayed up on the roof watching me put the food out but at least he's still eating okay, maybe he'll feel braver tomorrow :|

If you can get a small apple case or some thing about the same size ;place some food under it ;so he will come down & eat ;lift the case up on one edge ;place a Dowell or piece of timber about 1 ft long under the edge with some string tired to it ;when Harold goes under to eat ';pull the string & presto ;one caught pigeon under the box ; cheers

haa! I knew I was going wrong somewhere, trying to sneak up behind him! oh well

He must have forgiven me though as he came down for a chat this evening :? or maybe it was just his dinner he wanted ;)

I have returned about 30 birds this year to grateful owners, some in Wales even delivered one to Wrexham to help the owner out
